1. Refund Conditions for Bad Weather
The safety of our customers is our top priority.
In case of adverse weather conditions that make the boat trip impossible or unsafe, the designated manager will assess the situation approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
If the manager confirms that the weather conditions do not allow the excursion to proceed safely, the amount already paid online will be fully refunded to the customer within 5-7 business days.
2. Change of Mind or Cancellation by the Customer
In the event of a change of mind, cancellation, or no-show by the customer, no refund will be given for the amount already paid online.
We therefore recommend carefully considering your booking and contacting us in advance for any questions or clarifications.
3. Refund Method
Refunds due to bad weather will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
NOTE: For private tours of 2, 3, or 5 hours, a 50% payment is required online at the time of booking.
The remaining **50% must be paid on the day of the trip directly to the manager.
